Jeanette was born and raised in North Sydney, Nova Scotia and holds a degree in Community Studies, along with an advanced diploma in Human Resources Management. With a strong interest in recruitment and people-centered work, she is passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful opportunities. Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, Jeanette focuses on building genuine relationships and guiding candidates thoughtfully through the recruitment process with clarity, care, and trust.

Now based in nearby Sydney Mines, Jeanette enjoys exploring Cape Breton’s natural beauty, travelling, cooking, and spending time with her spouse, Tim and their three dogs.
