With over a decade of experience in healthcare recruitment, Erin brings deep industry knowledge and a people-first approach to everything she does. Originally from Quispamsis, New Brunswick, she earned her Business Degree and Human Resources Certificate from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax more than ten years ago and has been passionate about connecting talent with opportunity ever since.

Outside of work, Erin leads an active and family-focused life. She and her husband are proud parents of two young children and two energetic dogs. A lifelong hockey enthusiast, she not only plays the game but also helps coach her daughter’s team, finding joy in supporting young athletes. When she’s not at the rink, you can often find her exploring new restaurants, paddleboarding, hiking, or taking spontaneous day trips with her family. A true foodie and adventurer at heart, Erin brings the same enthusiasm and commitment to her personal life as she does to her professional career.
