Isha Seth was born in Montréal, Quebec, and moved to the U.S. with her family when she was five. In 2015, she returned to Canada after getting married to the man of her dreams, who happens to be a born and raised Haligonian, bringing her to Nova Scotia.
Isha brings extensive experience working with medical professionals in her previous roles. Her favorite part of her current role is having the opportunity to make a positive impact on communities in Nova Scotia.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, where she pursued a double major in Marketing and Spanish. She furthered her education with a Master of Arts in Journalism & Communication from The Ohio State University. She spent a year studying in Madrid, Spain during her junior year of university, which fueled her passion for learning about different languages and cultures. She is fluent in Spanish and Hindi.
As a child, Isha dreamed of becoming a firefighter or a ballerina, fueled by her fascination with uniforms and costumes. While she didn't pursue these professions, she appreciates the childhood ambitions. An interesting fact about Isha is that she is a certified make-up artist and has a love for make-up artistry.
Isha's favorite thing about living in Nova Scotia is the people. She finds Nova Scotians to be warm, welcoming, and genuine. She also loves the province's natural beauty and being close to the ocean.
