Alana Rondeau

Originally from Tantallon, Nova Scotia, Alana now lives in North River with her husband, two young sons, and their Shiba Inu. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Master’s in Health Administration from Dalhousie University.
With over 10 years of experience in Long-Term Care, Alana specialized in Quality Management, leading her organization through Accreditation Surveys and Licensing Inspections with a focus on policy development and performance indicator tracking. Before joining Nova Scotia Health, she played a pivotal role in enhancing care quality and operational excellence.
Alana enjoys traveling and discovering new restaurants. She also enjoys downhill skiing in the winter and running in the summer. Taking advantage of all the outdoor activities and natural beauty that the North Shore has to offer.
